In the event of a complaint, it must be submitted in the following ways:
- By filling in the complaints booklet, available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt
- Directly to the Bank of Portugal, by letter or via the website www.livroreclamacoes.pt
- Complaints can also be made in person at the company's address.
